Abstract Submission

The University of Manchester is proud to announce the 9th annual International Festival of Public Health on the week of 19th - 23rd July 2021 in association with the The Epidemiology and Public Health Group, and the Manchester Urban Institute.

This year's Festival will be delivered entirely online, with sessions spread out over the course of the week.

The festival presents you with the opportunity to present your work to people working in public health and related fields from around the UK and internationally.

The theme of this year's Festival is ‘COVID-19: Learning lessons for the future’. Abstract submission does not have to be confined to this subject and there will be no weighting applied to this topic when abstracts are chosen.

You can choose to present in a poster presentation or oral presentation format. Details regarding timings and format of both sessions will be provided to you upon acceptance of your abstract for presention as decided by the Scientific Organising Committee.

Please click the "Upload abstract" button here or to the left to submit your abstract for presentation. There are no set rules on the format of your abstract, but it should be appropriate to the content provided.

The deadline for abstract submission is Monday 31st May 2021.

Please note - as this year's Festival will be delivered entirely online, please indicate whether you give permission for your presentation to be recorded and published online when you upload your abstract. You will be allocated into a parallel session accordingly.

**There will be prizes for the best poster and best oral presentation**
